At DR.SMOKE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-fashion pieces. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
